After a family day out I made my way down to Snettisham for the evening high tide, after David Roche had glimpsed what he believed was probably a White-rumped Sandpiper in the morning. Unfortunately there was no sign of this bird (he refound it the next day though) but the tide was spectacular, with many thousands of Knot, Dunlin and other waders. Highlights included a Curlew Sandpiper, a Little Stint, an adult Yellow-legged Gull, a fly-through Arctic Tern, 3 Greenshanks, a Mediterranean Gull and a Common Sandpiper.
